Awesomeemails4u Terms Of Service By signing up to Awesomeemails4u you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Awesomeemails4u reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members. As of March 5th 2007 , we will be not be accepting accounts for new members from China. If You Signup from China your account will be deleted and ip banned.. As of October 8th 2008 , we will be not be accepting accounts for new members from India. If You Signup from India your account will be deleted and ip banned.. Responsibility of Owners Awesomeemails4u Our responsibly as Program Owners is to Pay you well within 30 Days after request if your account is in good standings, you have the required amount for payout for your level, and if you have correct payout and account info..( If  you are caught cheating , you will not be paid and will be deleted.) If we do not pay you within 30 days after request for  payout , we will add on 1% interest for each month that we are late ... Its also our responsibility to find advertisers , whether its members or outside advertisers.. Responsibility of Members: You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Awesomeemails4u is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Awesomeemails4u  be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Reading one email every 14 days. If you are inactive for 14 days and your account is not on vacation. You will be deleted. To avoid this either put your account on vacation for no longer than 30 days  or email admin to keep your membership.. If you need longer than 30 days for vacation , please email admin through contact page , and we can put  a special note in your account.. Anyone that puts themselves on vacation for longer than 30 days and does not email admin , will be deleted for inactivity.. New members must click on an email within first 7 days or you will be deleted. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Awesomeemails4u . You also agree to receive e-mail advertising from Awesomeemails4u  .  In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Awesomeemails4u , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.   Relationship of the Parties: You and Awesomeemails4u  are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Awesomeemails4u  .  You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Awesomeemails4u  . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. Payments: You may request payments once your account balance reaches Payout.  Payments will be made within 30 days.  Members will be Paid by Paypal ( no fee ) when you reach payout and if your account is in good standings!!!  Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Awesomeemails4u  and may result in legal prosecution. Awesomeemails4u   strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime.  Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Awesomeemails4u  may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Cheating: You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. Grounds for immediate termination and loss of earnings are: Falsifying your name Falsifying your address Creating multiple accounts Using multiple accounts in the same household Using the same computer and/or same IP address Submitting false Sign Up confirmations Placing bogus data in any data field on the Awesomeemails4u site Posting of inaccurate statements in Newsgroups or Forums Solicitation of Advertisers Using an auto responder Submitting advertising that contains and/or leads to information that is false, inaccurate, or encourages cheating in any form Sending us Spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails Checking I cheat and I Cant Read English in Interests Clicking on 3 or more Cheat Links and using Cheat Bots. 14 days of inactivity Clicking in Ptc Search Section and Not being from Search Friendly Country Clicking on just banners in ptclick section , This is a paid to read site and to remain a member you must click on emails... Limitation of Liability: Awesomeemails4u   will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Awesomeemails4u   program, even if Awesomeemails4u has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Awesomeemails4u   aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Privacy: All personal information is stored in the Awesomeemails4u database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Awesomeemails4u permission to send you newsletters regarding our program. Advertising: We do not accept ads for: Autosurf sites that you have to upgrade to be paid. Sites that promote porn (Adult) of any kind ( Including porn popups)  . Sites that promote Hate , violence of any kind. Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity. NO advertising for gambling sites or sites that sell any type of drugs. (example: viagra, pain killers etc.) Sites that sell alcohol or cigarettes Sites that have a drug theme or encourge use of any type of drugs. Sites that are owned by webmasters that use unfair or questionable ethics towards members. NO multi-level marketing programs (including online payment randomizers), as well as matrix, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or other similar ventures. If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not wish to  join Awesomeemails4u.
